Welcome to the web site for the author Michael Charton.

Who is Michael Charton?  I'm originally from New York state, born in Brooklyn, and grew up in the historic Brooklyn Heights neighborhood. No, I cannot sell you the Brooklyn Bridge; however, I did walk across it frequently as a young man. I saw the World Trade Center being built from my living room window, had part time jobs in the building, visited people, and watched in shock from a New Jersey Cliffside as it burned.

I am fascinated by history, not just the what of it but the who as well.  I like to incorporate historical facts into my fiction

 My wife and I  relocated to Tucson, Arizona, when friends convinced us to do so.. My wife Elaine Charton is also a writer.
