Michael Charton joined Toastmasters in January 1991 because, as with many people, he was terrified of speaking in front of a group. He brings that experience and along with the many professional presentations he has given, with him in helping others.
All sorts of people need to be able to do this. Over the telephone or in person, we will take you as far as you want to go. We will also work with clients to practice persuasion, because public speaking is more than just learning out to speak to large groups. Many managers need to learn how to speak and communicate with those who work for them, as well as how to communicate better with their customers.
